WHO WE ARE

Iron Monk Fitness focuses on improving strength and movement with great attention to form. Our goal is to increase your mental and physical wellbeing in a well-rounded way; meaning the workouts are designed to get you stronger and more resilient, while gaining endurance, flexibility, stamina, agility, and more. Our classes are small, high-energy, and filled with friendly competition. Most importantly, they are coached by our highly qualified and experienced staff. The workouts are progressed for 4-6 weeks to obtain optimum adaptations whilst providing variability and excitement.

Since training with D'Andre, I have been able to motivate myself to choose options that are much healthier for my body and mind. I feel excited for my training sessions weekly and I make huge effort to engage in positive eating which has resulted in a much stronger body and higher self esteem. I have nothing but positive things to say about the training!
