Iron Monk Fitness has been developed to help people not only become stronger, confident and fitter, but to learn about their body along the way too.
A range of Strength training, HIIT, boxing, weights and integrative techniques will be used in our programmes either at our studio in Brighton, your home or at a mutually agreed location.
We take a holistic and scientific approach to our training to ensure results are achieved and maintained. We are here to stand beside you and teach you how to move and produce results inside and outside of the gym.
