Strength & Performance Training at Iron Monk Fitness combines Strength training, body building, bodyweight strength training, gymnastics, and high intensity interval training. The training combines techniques focused on power, strength, balance, alignment, posture and endurance. With such an intricate array of methods comprising the routine, it’s important to train with an experienced strength and performance coach. Iron Monk Fitness brings training in Melbourne to a whole new standard of guided fitness training, encouragement, fun, and safety. Iron Monk Fitness's Strength & Performance Training classes feel more like customised one-on-one training sessions alongside supportive fellow fitness Buddys. Iron Monk Fitness also provide a kid friendly environment so that Mums and Dads can bring their kids so they don't compromise their fitness.
