Semi-private means you train in a small group of 4 or fewer with a qualified coach. You get your own individualised program, but you train alongside others for motivation and community. It combines the personalisation of 1-on-1 PT with the energy of group training.

How much does personal training cost at Iron Monk Fitness?

Semi-private coaching starts from $120 per week (2 sessions). Unlimited large group classes are $99 per week. 1-on-1 personal training is $135 per session. No lock-in contracts, weekly payments with 14-day cancellation notice.

Iron Monk Fitness is located at 962 Nepean Highway, Moorabbin VIC 3189. We are 5 minutes from Brighton, Hampton, Bentleigh, Cheltenham, and Mentone with free parking on site.

Yes. Our coaches hold Bachelor degrees in Exercise Science and design programs around your limitations. We focus on movement quality first, then progressively build strength. Many members report significant pain reduction within 4 to 6 weeks.

No. We coach complete beginners through to competitive athletes. Your program is built for your current level. The only requirement is willingness to show up consistently.

What are the training session times?

Semi-private coaching runs from 5:00am to 8:30am and 4:00pm to 7:00pm Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings. Group classes, yoga, mobility, and meditation sessions run throughout the week.
